Mô tả công việc
- Adjust and prepare proposals tailored to customer requirements and project specifics.
- Support the Sales team in customer presentations, demos, and solution overviews.
- Ensure the Sales Kit (credentials, company profile, product features, updated documents) is always up-to-date and aligned with the latest offerings.
- Support in collecting requirements (WBS) and preparing quotations, in collaboration with Sales/Account Managers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Yêu cầu
- From 2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support in SaaS/IT/enterprise software industry.
- Strong skills in proposal preparation, demo, presentation.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, DMS, or digital transformation solutions is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
