Mô tả công việc

  • Media Relations: Build and maintain a strong network of Tier-1 media contacts, both local and international — with a focus on business, finance, technology, and lifestyle outlets.
  • Ensure consistent and positive media presence for the Hyra brand.

    PR Campaign Execution: Draft and distribute press releases, PR articles, and executive interviews. Collaborate closely with the Content, Brand, and Design teams to align messaging and visual identity.
  • Media Event Management: Coordinate and execute press events such as press conferences, AMAs, strategic partnership signings, and product launches to strengthen engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Crisis Communication Management: Proactively develop and maintain crisis communication playbooks. Lead rapid response efforts to control and mitigate reputational risks during critical moments.
  • Strategic PR Planning: Design and implement quarterly PR campaigns in alignment with the company’s branding and marketing goals, executive positioning, and employer branding initiatives.

Yêu cầu

  • Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of PR experience, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Preference for candidates with a proven track record in crisis communication or leading large-scale campaigns.
  • Media Network: Established relationships with journalists, reporters, and KOLs in finance, tech, investment, and innovation sectors.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent PR writing (interviews, press releases, case studies) and storytelling skills; confident in organizing press events and managing multi-stakeholder communications.
  • Core Competencies: Strategic brand mindset, diplomatic communication, agility under pressure, proactive crisis response, and high attention to detail.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English is preferred, especially for international media engagement.
