This is a unique opportunity to become the right-hand person to a dynamic Vietnamese-American investor. You will work directly with the Chairman who manages a diverse, global portfolio of companies across multiple sectors, offering unparalleled exposure and significant growth opportunities.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman. This dynamic role involves managing both professional and personal affairs, including complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will also oversee the Chairman's residence, manage household services and expenses, and provide transportation as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage work schedules; arrange appointments, business trips, and meetings.
- Prepare documents; track and provide reminders for both personal and company-related tasks.
- Assist the Chairman as needed during meetings, partner communications, or for personal matters.
- Oversee expenses, manage the budget and purchasing activities related to the residence, dining, services, etc.
- Assist with shopping, payments, handling various tasks, and other arising needs.
- Check and ensure the operational status of the residence, vehicles, and household utilities.
- Arrange maintenance schedules, cleaning, laundry, and book services (e.g., spa, pet care, repairs as needed).
- Assist in organizing family events and hosting guests at home (if applicable).
- Provide airport transportation or pick up VIP guests at the airport upon request.
- Handle other relevant responsibilities upon the Chairman's request.
Yêu cầu
- Male, aged 23–32, with experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, or Personal/Family Coordinator.
- English: Good communication skills (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Possess a B2 driver's license (with over 2 years of driving experience) (preferred).
- Honest, meticulous, and willing to work overtime if required.
- Willing to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as required (all expenses during the trip will be fully covered).
- Professional, polite, and agile demeanor. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle situations flexibly.
- Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, Zalo, Email, etc.).
- Experience serving high-level executives or working for a foreign boss is a plus.
