Mô tả công việc
1. Performance Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and E-commerce Ads (Shopee/Lazada).
- Develop full-funnel strategies that balance offsite awareness and onsite conversion (traffic → product page → GMV).
- Manage budget allocation across brands and campaigns to maximize ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and influencer teams to ensure ad creatives align with marketing objectives.
2. KOC & Influencer Content Performance
- Track and analyze KOC content across TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Measure key metrics: views, engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve future influencer and content briefs.
- Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to ensure data-driven decision-making and content optimization.
3. Ads Optimization & Agency Collaboration
- Act as the main contact point for media agencies.
- Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend data-backed optimizations for creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Evaluate agency performance against KPIs and ensure alignment with campaign goals and budget efficiency.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Data Studio).
- Consolidate results from all paid and organic channels to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of ad performance and optimization actions
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with E-commerce Supervisors to align paid media with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with platform PICs (Shopee, TikTok, Meta) for media co-funding, vouchers, and pilot programs.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance analysis, preferably in E-commerce or Consumer Tech.
- Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Google, Shopee Ads, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to interpret data and optimize performance based on insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-department coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00–1:30 PM)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM (WFH option at manager’s discretion)
