Performance Marketing Executive (E-Commerce)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive digital performance and eCommerce growth for the Beauty & Wellbeing Vietnam portfolio.

This role focuses on Search and E-commerce performance, especially on-site search and TikTok Shop ads, working both strategically and hands-on to optimize results.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Media Lead, brand teams, E-commerce team, and agency partners to ensure strong ROI and seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Media Execution (70%)

• Manage E-commerce search and TikTok Shop ad budgets under guidance from the Media Lead.
• Work with internal teams and agencies to develop and optimize brand content for E-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, GMV, ROAS, visibility, share of voice).
• Identify and test new growth opportunities to enhance conversion and visibility.

Reporting & Analysis (20%)

• Report campaign performance and share data-driven insights with stakeholders.
• Support internal education on the value of E-commerce and search investments.

Strategic Planning (10%)

• Research and recommend best practices for digital performance and conversion optimization.
• Stay ahead of E-commerce and media trends to propose relevant initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce or Performance Marketing, including campaigns on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Experience in FMCG, online retail, or performance-driven marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital and E-commerce trends.
• Excellent planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
