Mô tả công việc

  • Develop and execute partnership plans that align with business goals.
  • Build and manage all LitExtension Partnership Programs.
  • Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic collaborations and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Help onboarding new Agency partners on LitExtension services, ensuring they understand the products and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with Account Manager (B2B Sales) to ensure the best partner experience.
  • Actively nurture and interact with existing partners, ensuring the best support for partners to achieve common goals (win-win-win pillar).
  • Report, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership activities, make recommendations for improvement when necessary.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to leverage partnerships for lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Represent LitExtension at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish new connections.

Yêu cầu

  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher;
  • Having at least 02 years of experience in partnership/ business development;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in English: Ielts 6.5; Confidence in speaking.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams;
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc., is a plus.
