Mô tả công việc

Responsible for quality of accounting and tax works of clients’ company (especially airlines)

Work closely with HR department: provide the information, data related to monthly payroll to HR Department, and other arisen issues if required.

Build the report of taxation quarterly: VAT, CIT, report on using invoice,… . Work with Accounting Department to compare the figures of taxation report from clients between reports and declaration reports.

Able to communicate directly with clients via email and in-person meeting

Check the input invoice, enter the data on the accounting system, and issue invoices to keep in store

Yêu cầu

Graduated from university in finance, accounting or audit field

Good at communication and presentation

Able to use English fluency

Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and accounting software

Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.

Prefer candidate has 1-2 year working experience in the airlines
