Position Summary

The Operation Specialist is responsible for supporting the smooth daily operation of the store by managing inventory and administrative tasks. This role ensures accurate stock control, and an organized store environment, enabling the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

    Regularly compare inventory balances in the system with physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    Place inventory orders based on sales trends and demand forecasts to ensure adequate stock levels.

    Receive incoming products, verify quantity and condition, and update the system accordingly.
  2. Storage Environment Management

    Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, security) to protect product quality.

    Continuously optimize stockroom layout for efficiency and easy access.

    Follow safety protocols and regulatory compliance in handling and storing stock.
  3. Financial Management & Security

    Coordinate with the Security Team for daily cash deposits and withdrawals.

    Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash inflows and outflows, and prepare periodic sales and cost reports for the Store Manager.

    Collaborate with the Experience Team to support complex or high-value transactions.

    Issue and manage invoices, tax invoices, and other payment documentation as required.
  4. Store Administration

    Prepare operational documents, handle administrative tasks, and order supplies to support daily operations.

    Assist the Store Manager and Experience Master in people management processes (e.g., onboarding, evaluations).
  5. Facility & Safety Management

    Schedule and manage regular maintenance for facilities, equipment, and systems.

    Work with security and cleaning vendors to ensure a safe and welcoming store environment.

    Address facility-related issues promptly and ensure compliance with safety protocols and inspection requirements.

Yêu cầu

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, and administrative processes.
  • Comfortable working with POS systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory control, or administration preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
