Mô tả công việc

  • Apply and manage discount codes and promotional campaigns for customers.
  • Monitor payment gateway connections; handle transaction processing and reconciliation to ensure secure and smooth operations.
  • Send contracts to clients, follow up, and make necessary edits.
  • Investigate reasons for customer or partner termination; update records and generate reports.
  • Create and manage promotional bundles (e.g., BOGO offers), free packages, and other marketing programs.
  • Process profit-sharing withdrawal requests by creating support tickets and managing them via the app and related support channels (WCT).
  • Assist in creating and managing profit-sharing packages; optimize related processes within the app and WCT system.
  • Monitor, document, and report system incidents; propose improvements to enhance system stability and security.
