Mô tả công việc
1. Online Business Management:
- Develop and execute online sales plans (monthly/quarterly/yearly) aligned with company targets.
- Manage daily sales operations across all online channels (Website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Zalo, etc.).
- Monitor sales funnel performance from traffic → leads → chat → conversion → fulfillment.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to achieve objectives.
- Manage stock status, pricing, promotion schedules, and product visibility on all channels.
2. Strategy & Growth:
- Build, analyze, and improve online sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan and execute product bundling, promotions, and campaigns for specific customer segments.
- Analyze customer behaviors, conversion data, and channel performance to optimize ROI.
- Benchmark competitors’ activities and identify new market opportunities.
3. Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead and motivate a team of 3–10 online sales representatives.
- Provide regular coaching on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Create and enforce workflows for online sales operations (chat handling, order processing, upselling, after-sales service).
- Maintain a high level of discipline, speed, and professionalism within the team.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of online sales experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong experience in e-commerce operations, social commerce, or digital sales management.
- Experience in consumer electronics, automotive accessories, or technology products is a strong advantage.
Skills
- Solid understanding of online sales metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CR%).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms (Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Seller Hub, etc.).
- Result-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working under pressure.
