Mô tả công việc

1. Category Growth & JTBD Delivery

  • Deliver category sales, share, and growth targets through strong deployment of Omni digital conversion levers.
  • Lead O2O planning/briefing with customers; align category JTBD and Online Targets in collaboration with CSP & KA Planners.

2. O2O Integrated Category Planning (UAP N+3)

Develop and align stakeholders on:

  • Assortment strategy
  • Perfect Launch
  • O2O & Online Exclusive Promotions
  • Thematic campaigns
  • Media planning & data-driven activities
  • Category data management

3. eContent & On-site Asset Deployment

  • Deploy Unilever’s 7OA content across customer Omni platforms (Hero Image updates, Innovation launches).
  • Ensure alignment with Unilever content bank and customer content frameworks.
  • Manage on-site deployment to drive conversion:
    • Search optimization
    • Organic search strategy
    • Content, traffic & promotion levels

4. On-Site Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute on-site visibility: banners, landing pages, thematic pages.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Ensure a strong presence in both Unilever-led and customer-led campaigns.
  • Lead SIS design and deployment across required touchpoints.

5. Media & CRM Campaign Execution

  • Build media/CRM plans aligned with category JTBD and shopper segmentation.
  • Align media budgets with stakeholders.
  • Manage campaign operations and evaluate post-campaign performance.

6. O2O Stock & Operational Management

  • Track POs, orders, coding, MOW, and delivery timing.
  • Coordinate with Operations to resolve OLA issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with Supply Chain and customer operations to ensure smooth execution.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor O2O performance indicators, including:

  • OLA
  • Stock status
  • Promotions
  • Views / Clicks / Impressions
  • On-site conversion metrics
  • Campaign performance tracking

Yêu cầu

  • Strong sales planning and customer management skills.
  • Experience in asset setup, content deployment, design coordination, and media brief development.
  • Solid understanding of Retail & Omni Channel operations and shopper behavior across platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with KA Planners, Marketing, DMC, and Customer Teams.
  • Strong analytical capability with familiarity in performance metrics tracking.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-project execution in a fast-paced environment.
