Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination.
  • Provide general support to employees and management as needed.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an office administrative, hospitality, front-office management role.
  • Strong understanding of administration processes, inventory management, internal event organizing and purchasing process.
  • Fluent in Chinese (equivalent to HSK5 and upper) is obligatedly required. English is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other CRM systems.
