Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and event coordination.
- Provide general support to employees and management as needed.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an office administrative, hospitality, front-office management role.
- Strong understanding of administration processes, inventory management, internal event organizing and purchasing process.
- Fluent in Chinese (equivalent to HSK5 and upper) is obligatedly required. English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other CRM systems.
