Visual Merchandising

• To create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire stores.
• To maximize customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays.
• To change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• To Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.
• To follow strictly all the principles and guideline.

Report

• VM Photo report: Daily, weekly, new shipment, quarterly, new project.
• VM Tool and Equipment list.
• VM Graphic tracking.
• Other reports due to VMM's order.

Teamwork

• Work with VM management team and store team to successfully achieve retail goals.
• Collaborate with other store staffs.

• Previous experience in merchandising or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of the brand and product preferred.
• Have a flair for design and color. To be interested in art and design.
• Attention to detail, creativity, organization, artistic ability, imagination and good design sense are necessary skills.
• To be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines.
• Retail sales and operation experience is helpful in understanding customer’s behavior.
• Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
• Have good communication skills to present ideas to others.
• Good time-management skills.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite a must.
• Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
