Mô tả công việc

  • Communicating with B2B/DIRECT clients, meeting their demands and requirements via social network (such as Whatsapp, etc), emails or phone
  • Providing consultation to clients while staying updated on market trends and upcoming travel products
  • Gathering promotional materials and offering clients additional insights on destinations and services to enhance sales performance
  • Negotiating and closing contracts: Engage in discussions with clients or partners to finalize tour agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction on pricing and service terms.
  • Coordinating with the operation team: Work closely with the operations department to ensure all services (accommodation, transport, guides, meals, etc.) are booked and delivered smoothly according to the tour plan.
  • Learning and staying updated: Continuously improve professional knowledge by attending training sessions, researching market trends, and keeping up with new destinations and services.
  • Actively developing skills and performance based on received feedback

Yêu cầu

  • Fluent in English (especially listening and speaking skills)
  • Ability and willingness to learn and dedicate significant time initially to meet job requirements
  • Hardworking, careful, meticulous, detail-oriented, and professional
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Tourism operations and product knowledge will be provided during the probationary training period
