Mô tả công việc

  • Coordinate between departments to clarify customer needs, monitor production plans, and communicate order status updates.
  • Prepare and organize pre-production requirements, including order details, material readiness, and scheduling.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Executives to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered according to requirements and timelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings, translate customer requirements into production specifications, and follow up to resolve any production issues.
