Job Description: Sales Executive – Smart Aircon Solutions

Join DE-Lifestyle Vietnam, a leader in providing innovative Smart Aircon Solutions. We are expanding our presence in the Vietnamese market and are looking for motivated Sales Executives to drive growth by building relationships and promoting energy-efficient solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including Airbnb property owners, residential buildings, hostels, gyms, and offices.
  • Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to highlight the benefits of smart aircon solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals and meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to support client needs.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance updates for management.

Yêu cầu

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Positive and proactive attitude toward opening new markets and building relationships.
  • Proven experience in direct sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC or smart technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and manage client information.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese (required) and English (preferred).

KPIs and Performance Targets:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Securing a specified number of new clients each month.
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects through lead generation activities.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
