Mô tả công việc

Customer Service

• Receiving and process to the team in charge related to customer complaints. (Correspond with customers, support customers to resolve daily complaints; Coordinate with other departments to support customer-related services)

• CS Managing (Manage and update the services being provided at SR (breakfast, shuttle bus, golf, birthday gifts...; Organize events for SR customers and events related to SR services)

Sale Support

• Waiting list managing (Manage 3-bed room booking list and sell rooms when available; Update 3 bed room waiting for new customers and contact potential customer when room available; Sale reciprocal support for business customer clusters such as Samsung, LG... or Korean customers with rental needs)

• Sale support (Support short-term booking; Support tenants in adjusting contracts or other requests when contract adjustments are needed)

Report Management

- Updating daily, monthly report (Weekly updating for job list report including all team of MKT. Summary each team data and support to translating into Korean language and updating report to PPT file. Revenue daily report to BOD)

- Report managing (Make detailed reports on SR services, reports related to customers; Make other reports as directed by superior; Support to compile general reports of the year when required such as budget, adjusted revenue plan or other types of reports; Preparing and making project reports for SR under request and instruction of Team leader)

Other

- Translation (Support translation or service management when requesting support from Team leader or other managers)



Yêu cầu

- Communication skills;

- Listening skills, to understand exactly what customers require;

- Problem-solving skills;

- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;

- Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve customer service standards;

- An ability to work well under pressure;

- University degree or higher

- Good communication and written in English. Good at Korean is a plus

- Good at MS Office

- Having experience in customer service or similar job is a priority

- Appearance: attractive/ standard
