Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment and Training (30%)
• Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
and conducting interviews.
• Manage the new employee onboarding process, ensuring orientation sessions and necessary
paperwork are completed.
• Identify training needs across departments and develop relevant training programs to support
employee development.
• Schedule and coordinate internal training sessions, ensuring effective implementation and
employee participation.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process, including documentation and communication with
employees and managers.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Processes (50%)
• Address employee queries related to HR issues, ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
Handle payroll, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), personal income tax (PIT), and other
C&B-related tasks.
• Administer and manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
• Oversee employee benefits programs and manage benefit-related queries.
• Handle work permits, temporary residence cards, and other administrative tasks for foreign
employees.
• Manage disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment through
effective communication.
• Support the preparation of HR-related reports and ensure compliance with reporting
requirements.
3. Compliance (20%):
• Ensure that all HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain
regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance to ensure the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations
concerning employment.
• Assist in monitoring internal compliance with HR processes, standards, and best practices.
4. Other Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR & Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall HR objectives and company goals.
Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in HR & Admin, including at least 2 years specializing in
recruitment and/or C&B
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage one subordinate and oversee full HR & Admin functions.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and related
employment regulations.
• Skills: Acts as a Culture Ambassador; strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving
skills; proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Language: Good command of English (spoken and written) is a must.
