JOB OVERVIEW
• The platform is a new development project for one of the largest insurance company in Healthcare industry. The platform provides solutions for different healthcare providers like clinics, hospitals, medical to enable them to serve patients, doctors, care givers etc. The platform supports the process for insurance process for the partner company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The people in SA position are responsible for:
• Lead the technical solution team for a big software development project in HealthCare & Insurance domain (hundreds people work at Singapore & Vietnam), built on Java related technologies and AWS Cloud.
• Work directly with customer’s PM & contact points (customer company is the biggest one in Asia on HealthCare domain)
• Defines, designs and implements programs integrating multiple software systems, modules and technologies.
• Develops software that is object-oriented and conforms to program standards to ensure reusability and repeatability.
• Works closely with design team offering input and works closely with customers to ensure solutions will meet requirements
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field FPT Software
• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles
• Extensive experience with .NET technologies such as .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
• Proficient in .NET Core / .NET 6/7+, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Blazor
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework and LINQ
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
• Experience with DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor (optional but beneficial)
• Deep understanding of software design patterns such as CQRS and DDD
• Deep understanding of architecture styles including layered, service-oriented, and event-driven architecture
• Strong grasp of security principles including OWASP, IdentityServer, OAuth2, and JWT
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead development teams and mentor junior engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and effectively analyze requirements
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional but advantageous)
• Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer Associate or Expert (optional but advantageous)
• TOGAF, SAFe Architect, or other enterprise architecture certifications (optional but advantageous)
• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade software solutions
• Define and validate non-functional requirements such as scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices
• Perform code reviews and provide technical assessments
• Guide the implementation of DevOps practices and deployment strategies
