JOB MISSION/OBJECTIVE:

  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share for both offline and online MT channel.
  • Customer Satisfaction Enhancement: Focus on improving customer experience and loyalty through various initiatives.
  • Sales Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings and promotional strategies, aiming to exceed sales targets.
  • Efficiency Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in supply chain and inventory management to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies across Modern Trade channels, ensuring strong business growth and brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities in MT channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions that align with product strategies (offline & online) for MT channels.
  • Negotiate Trading terms in approved budget and manage trade contracts.
  • Monitor sales performance and propose action plans.
  • Achieve revenue targets and manage promotion inventories.
  • Coordinate with partners to resolve customer issues effectively.

JOB EXPECTATIONS:

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective marketing and product strategies.
  • Relevant Work Experience: Previous experience in retail planning, marketing, or sales, particularly in the supermarket industry.
  • Customer Interaction: Support and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Meeting or exceeding set sales targets and ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Proactively analyze and resolve issues: Efficiently tackle problems and ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to work and the company

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2+ years in MT/Trade Marketing/Sales Planning (both online and offline in MT channel), preferably in cosmetics / FMCG field
  • Strong analytical skill and proficiency in Microsoft office, data systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills (both Vietnamese and English) & cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
