Mô tả công việc

  • Deliver personalized 1-on-1 lessons in Math, Physics in English, tailored to the student’s academic level and learning goals.
  • Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses, design individualized study plans, and track progress over time.
  • Provide exercises, assignments, and constructive feedback to improve students’ performance.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles and ensure effective comprehension.
  • Prepare high-quality learning materials (lesson notes, practice tests, supplementary resources).
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians or the academic team about students’ progress and propose adjustments when needed.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelors Degree in Mathematics, Physics or a related major.
  • Proficiency in English with IELTS 7.0+ (or equivalent), required to teach subjects entirely in English.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Prior experience in tutoring or 1-on-1 teaching is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, patience, adaptability, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to prepare and customize lesson materials independently.
