Brand Marketing Execution – Whitening Toothpaste (Key Responsibility)
1. Product Innovation: Assist Brand Manager to develop product 6Ps fitted for DCom & manage timing to launch on time in full.
2. Communication & Online Brand Activities: Develop & execute social-first content that resonates deeply with local cultural nuances & latest trends.
3. IMC Plan & Execution: Plan & execute IMC for innovation launch.
4. Budget Planning & Tracking: Manage brand budget planning and tracking.
Digital Commerce Responsibilities
1. Manage and execute Digital Commerce and Omni-channel activities in line with brand and marketing plans.
2. Oversee product content and merchandising across online channels: update product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
3. Support online sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to achieve revenue and marketing KPIs.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in Marketing/Branding, preferably in Beauty/Personal Care; hands-on experience in Digital Commerce/Omni-channel is mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of Digital Commerce fundamentals: product page optimization, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and creative with strong brand awareness.
