Marketing Admin Specialist - 1 Year Contract

1. Monitor and track the progress of all assigned marketing or installation jobs to ensure timely execution according to the project timeline.
2. Consolidate and analyze reports and other data to measure execution quality.
3. Prepare, process, and submit all related paperwork and approval on internal system.
4. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams (vendors, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
5. Verify and inspect vendor installation works to ensure full compliance with approved proposals, design standards, and company guidelines.

All the other related tasks assigned by Line Manager or Project Leader

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1 years experience in Marketing Admin or related position
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of vendor management or POSM installation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
