Mô tả công việc
- Understand the company’s ERP system, including data, logic, and processes. Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and maximize ERP utilization.
- Regularly assess business workflows to identify system gaps and propose new automation tools or process improvements that meet operational and business needs.
- Take ownership of logistics data and data structure. Maintain accuracy, develop insightful reports, and design new data collection processes to support business decisions.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics. Identify performance gaps, analyze root causes, and work with internal teams and external partners to implement corrective actions and achieve targets.
- Continuously review logistics operations — including equipment, facilities, processes, labor, and consumables — to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, coordinating with both internal departments and external service providers to deliver measurable results.
- Maintain close collaboration with external companies, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and long-term business objectives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related
- Strong analytical and system capability
- Experience in large scale manufacturing, distribution or ecommerce warehousing/project management is a plus
- Excel capability is a must
- SQL/Database capability is a plus
- Growth oriented, open minded, out of the box thinker, open to constant change.
