Line Producer _ Traffic Coordinator

LINE PRODUCER

• Develop production plans for product photoshoots, TVCs/digital/viral clips.
• Coordinate with Creative & Content team for photographers, stylists, models, KOL/KOCs.
• Manage production schedules: pre-production → shooting → post-production → release.
• Ensure quality of photos/videos aligns with brand standards (luxury, high-end, beauty).
• Work closely with Creative/Content teams to maintain concept integrity and brand consistency.
• Supervise printing and deployment of POSM (standees, booths, shelf decor).
• Provide progress updates and production reports to Creative Lead.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

TRAFFIC

• Receive briefs from Marketing/Content team and allocate tasks to the Creative team (Design, video, shooting).
• Update and monitor campaign timelines (product launches, social campaigns, promotions campaigns).
• Balance workload among designers, content creators, and social media admins.
• Manage and update status to Creative WIP.
• Oversee approval workflow: draft → feedback → final → release.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Content team to ensure timely delivery of design and digital video.
• Report progress and highlight issues to the Creative Lead.

Skills / Abilities

• 1-2 years experience as a Traffic/Creative Producer (preferably in Marketing, Beauty, or Agency).
  
  Solid project management + leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, excellent deadline management.
• Able to handle multiple projects while staying cool.
• Strong communication skills & a true team player.
• Professional attitude with a WILLING TO DO mindset.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities needs.
• Knowledge of cosmetics/skincare industry = big plus.

Knowledge & Experience

• Degree in a relevant field such as film, media, or communications.
• Experience in video production, advertising, or marketing.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Experience in project timeline management
• Experience with team management and collaboration.
