Mô tả công việc

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with internal teams, local partners, and foreign clients related to license compliance activities.
  • Support and execute software license compliance programs in collaboration with legal and sales teams.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports on suspected non-compliance cases.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal and contractual documents related to compliance projects.
  • Follow up on ongoing compliance cases to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and audit outcomes.
  • Other duties may be assigned based on project or client requirements.

Yêu cầu

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, legal, or investigation-related fields.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property, licensing, or software compliance principles.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling legal or confidential information.
  • Capable of working independently and prioritizing multiple ongoing tasks.
  • Effective communication skills via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (Law, Business, or related major preferred).
