Mô tả công việc

Build and develop the internal legal function for the entire Group, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and supporting corporate strategic goals.

Draft, review, and negotiate domestic and international commercial contracts: sales, supply, distribution, service agreements, and strategic partnership contracts.

Manage the contract lifecycle, including document control, progress tracking, compliance monitoring, and risk alerting for relevant departments.

Provide legal support for M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, investment projects, and strategic partnerships with local and foreign entities.

Oversee intellectual property management: coordinate with IP agents for trademark registration, renewal, and protection.

Advise business units on legal procedures with state authorities, investment requirements, licensing, and land-related matters.

Strengthen the Group’s legal governance framework: issue internal policies, build risk-management structures, and standardize legal documentation.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s Degree in International Law or overseas training is a strong advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience at an international law firm or multinational corporation.

Excellent English proficiency, especially legal writing and drafting international commercial contracts.

Strong expertise in reviewing contracts related to trade, import–export, and investment.

Solid understanding of Vietnamese and international commercial law.

Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, communication, and the ability to defend legal viewpoints convincingly.

Proactive, system-oriented mindset with the capability to lead and develop an internal legal team.
