Legal Contract Specialist

1. Drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and preparing hard-copy agreements.

• Directly draft, negotiate, review, and finalize contracts, annexes, and agreements in line with company policies or requests.
• Manage execution and submission of signed paper documents.

2. Legal advice and compliance guidance upon request

• Provide legal consultation, review, and procedural guidance regarding contracts, appendices, agreements, penalty clauses, terminations, and contract liquidations as needed to support internal departments.

3. Risk management and legal governance

• Advise senior management on legal risk mitigation related to contracts within the assigned domain, proactively identifying potential issues and proposing compliant solutions.

4. Reporting, planning, and miscellaneous tasks

• Prepare work plans and reports for assigned duties. Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely and professional manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the legal field.
• Proficiency in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Honest and sincere, meticulous in detail, a keen listener who approaches challenges with a Win‑Win problem‑solving attitude.
