Training Project Management

Pre-Training:

  • Assist in gathering client information and assessing training needs.
  • Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to evaluate organizational status.
  • Help survey workforce competencies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and skill gaps.
  • Propose suitable training programs under the guidance of mentors/supervisors.

During Training:

  • Assist in implementing training programs according to the plan.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure programs run on schedule.
  • Support communication between clients, trainers, and stakeholders.

Post-Training:

  • Collect participant feedback and prepare training evaluation reports.
  • Assist in measuring the impact of training on employee performance and organizational outcomes.

Yêu cầu

  • Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources.
  • Passionate about Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD).
  • Demonstrated long-term career orientation in training program design, Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD).
  • Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills.
  • Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in training projects, events, or student organizations is a plus.
  • Full-time commitment is required during the internship period.
