Mô tả công việc
- Conduct market research and develop market expansion strategies; manage product listing into supermarket systems.
- Work directly with buyers to negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
- Increase product visibility and stimulate consumer demand through promotional activities and advertising campaigns in each retail system.
- Organize and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business strategy plans; prepare performance reports accordingly.
- Develop monthly and quarterly promotional programs (Trade Marketing Plans) for each account to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast product demand by system/region on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis based on market needs and planned promotional activities.
- Analyze competitors (pricing, promotions, market share, etc.) to propose effective trade promotions that drive sales and improve market positioning within each retail chain.
- Coordinate with the Sales Operations team to evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and develop follow-up action plans.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- College degree or higher in a relevant major (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, etc.).
- Experience in planning and trade marketing within dairy, beverage, or FMCG companies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong skills in planning, analysis, and data synthesis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
