Mô tả công việc

- Ensure effective communications with both external clients and internal teams.

- Establish a forum to communicate market & competitor trends to the Team.

- Support the implementation of new/renewed business in accordance with MPL’s Implementation process.

- Understand Logistics pricing and cost components. The capability of doing the costing or managing for the whole life of the project.

- Contact & negotiate with suppliers for competitive prices and better terms & conditions for the contract/ tender.

- Analysis of problems/troubleshooting with customers.

- Ensure quality preparation of SOP and other documents to be executed by the Key Account Management Team and take care of a smooth handover process to existing interfaces (Operations, Finance).

- Regularly review processes and if necessary improvements and cost savings.

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key customers and potential customers.

- Understand the operations of the accounts in charge.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Yêu cầu

- Minimum bachelor's degree in Logistics & Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.

- Preferred minimum 2- 3 years in Contract Logistics/ Supply Chain Industry.

- Knowledge of Transport Operations, especially in ocean freight and Air freight

- Solid experience to support our Key Accounts’ inquiries, operations issues, and data analysis and reporting (such as SOPs and KPIs).

- Ability to emphasize with the client and present client needs effectively to internal the internal MPL team and management.

- Demonstrated interpersonal skills that build respected professional relationships internally & externally.

- Team-driven, customer-focused, ability to solve problems quickly.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Proficient in spoken and written English.
