Position Title: Receivable Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounting
Work Location: Tầng 13, Tòa Văn Phòng, Lotte Mall Hà Nội, Số 272 Võ Chí Công, Phường Tây Hồ, TP Hà Nội
Working Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts Receivable Management
- Review and verify office rental contracts, ensuring customer information and payment terms comply with company regulations.
- Check and validate all documents related to SAP incoming payments (invoices, contracts, payment requests, and supporting documents). Report discrepancies to the General Accountant and return to the requester for correction.
- Check debit notes and issue VAT invoices for tenants, Lotte subsidiaries, and other customers.
- Monitor and follow up on receivables in the SAP system; promptly notify the Leasing team regarding overdue debts.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT output reports.
2. Budgeting & Reporting
- Guide and support other departments in using the cost center correctly; make necessary adjustments in the P&L report.
- Allocate expenses from LPH to Shopping Mall, Office, and Hotel in the SAP system before the month-end closing.
- Prepare, review, and analyze P&L reports as required by management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree or CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
- More than 1 year of experience in a related accounting or finance position.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and consolidated financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
