Analyze business requirements by working directly with relevant departments, clarifying needs, and transforming them into system requirements documents.

Design and model business processes using Bizagi, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of implementation.

Create UI/UX prototypes using Figma and collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the user experience meets expectations.

Have knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) in the telecommunications sector, with the ability to analyze and propose improvements tailored to business needs.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields

Advanced English (essential, will be measured)

Knowledge of various business analysis methodologies, including Figma, UI/UX

Knowledge of BSS (Business Support Systems) in the telecommunications sector

Knowledge of Bizagi and advanced Microsoft Office

1 year of experience

Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is desirable

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable
