Japanese Communicator

Japanese Speaking Customer Interface shall be a part of our professional and dynamic team at Panasonic R&D Center Vietnam with main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Support communication between development team and customers in Japanese

(mainly in JP<>VN language)

• Coordinate and support Project Leaders in project management:

- Progress management

- Requirement analysis and management

- Q&A discussion

- Communication management

- Support multiple languages between EN<>JP<>VN

- Translate project documents (JP<>EN, JP<>VN)

- Support all Japanese communication of internal activities

1. Must have

• Vietnamese nationality

• Japanese certificates from JLPT-N1 (or BJT J1 or above)

• At least 3 years of experience as a translator/interpreter

• Proficiency in interpreting skills

• Good ability to conduct meetings and solve problems/issues well

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good teamwork abilities

• Logical thinking & analysis ability

• Self-motivated & proactive

• Open Communication attitude & Teamwork skill

2. Nice to have

• Presentation & materials making skills

• Able to go to business trip to oversea
