The Technical Lead is accountable for designing, implementing, and overseeing the development of highly reliable and scalable web applications deployed on the delegated Private Cloud platform using Kubernetes as the primary orchestration layer. This role ensures the technical execution aligns with K8s best practices and the constraints of the private infrastructure.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7+ years in Application Development and cloud/data platforms.
  • Deep expertise in K8s architecture, deployment (e.g., Helm, Kustomize), service meshes (e.g., Istio, Linkerd), and container runtime (Docker, Containerd).
  • Proficient in designing and implementing web applications using microservices architecture, focusing on resilient, decoupled services, and REST/gRPC API development.
  • Strong command of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment, utilizing GitOps principles (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) for automated, declarative deployment and management of K8s clusters and applications.
  • Defining the technical stack, deployment strategy, and coding standards specifically for the K8s platform within the private cloud context.
  • Guiding the development team on adopting K8s best practices and collaborating closely with the Platform/Infrastructure team responsible for managing the underlying Private Cloud.
