About the Role

As a System Admin Specialist, you will play a key role in operating, optimizing, and securing SaVipharm hybrid IT infrastructure, including Data Center systems (on-premises), cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS), virtualization platforms, storage, and enterprise IT services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hybrid Infrastructure Administration (On-Premises & Cloud)

- Operate and optimize server systems (Linux/Windows, VMware virtualization).

- Manage centralized storage systems (SAN/NAS/Object Storage).

- Operate and maintain Data Center infrastructure equipment.

- Monitor system availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise tools.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve incidents and ensure service continuity.

- Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.

2. Core IT Services & Platform Management

- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot key IT services including:

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, CA, Web services (Nginx/IIS/Apache), Mail services (Zimbra/Exchange).

- Administer cloud-based services: Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS.

- Support software license and subscription optimization.

- Participate in infrastructure upgrade and transformation projects as a technical SME.

3. Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR)

- Develop, implement, and maintain backup policies for servers and storage.

- Participate in DR planning and perform regular DR testing.

- Ensure system recoverability according to internal SOPs and compliance requirements.

4. Documentation & SOP Compliance

- Create, update, and maintain technical documents, operation manuals, and SOPs.

- Conduct quarterly reviews and ensure procedures comply with IT policies and regulatory standards.

- Provide guidance to ensure consistent execution of SOPs across the IT team.

5. Training & Technical Knowledge Sharing

- Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions across departments.

- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to support IT modernization.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

- 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations (Data Center or Hybrid environments).

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or AWS.

- Strong understanding of server administration (Linux, Windows).

- Proficiency with VMware virtualization.

- Solid knowledge of SAN/NAS storage and backup systems.

- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VLAN).

- Good understanding of Data Center operation and infrastructure design.
