Mô tả công việc

  • Be the single point of contact for IT-related calls and emails.
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents via the ITSM system.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
  • Support online meetings & video conferencing systems (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom…).
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
  • Set up and maintain VoIP phones and time attendance systems.
  • Prepare guidelines and quick tips to help users work smarter.
  • Follow up to ensure each issue is fully resolved with user satisfaction.

Yêu cầu

  • Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or similar technical support roles.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows environment, TCP/IP networks, printers, and IP phones.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, or MCSA are a plus.
  • Strong customer service mindset, proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
  • Good communication in English (verbal & written).
