Mô tả công việc
- Be the single point of contact for IT-related calls and emails.
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents via the ITSM system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Support online meetings & video conferencing systems (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom…).
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Set up and maintain VoIP phones and time attendance systems.
- Prepare guidelines and quick tips to help users work smarter.
- Follow up to ensure each issue is fully resolved with user satisfaction.
Yêu cầu
- Degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Service Desk or similar technical support roles.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environment, TCP/IP networks, printers, and IP phones.
- Certifications such as ITIL, MCP, or MCSA are a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset, proactive, responsible, and team-oriented.
- Good communication in English (verbal & written).
