Mô tả công việc

  • Research and evaluate software vendors and solutions to recommend cost-efficient, reliable options for business use.
  • Handle end-to-end procurement: sourcing, price negotiation, contracting, and license management.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and Operations to align software needs and budgets.
  • Track renewals, monitor vendor performance, and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to improve software purchasing processes and cost control.
  • Other duties as needed.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software purchasing, IT procurement, or vendor management.
  • Good understanding of software licensing models, technology vendors, and familiarity with IT products, services, and market trends.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
