Mô tả công việc

  • Respond to calls and emails from international corporate
  • clients in English and Vietnamese.
  • Resolve customers’ requests
  • Coordinate with partners to accomplish customers’ requests
  • Record data and report to general manager
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Working Time: 40 hours/week:

  • 10:00PM – 06:00AM
  • or 03:00AM – 07:00AM & 01:00PM – 05:00PM
  • or 03:00AM – 11:00AM

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Having passion with travel, insurance and medical industry
  • Must be customer-service oriented; actively look for ways to help people
  • Active Listeners: be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely
