Mô tả công việc
- Respond to calls and emails from international corporate
- clients in English and Vietnamese.
- Resolve customers’ requests
- Coordinate with partners to accomplish customers’ requests
- Record data and report to general manager
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Working Time: 40 hours/week:
- 10:00PM – 06:00AM
- or 03:00AM – 07:00AM & 01:00PM – 05:00PM
- or 03:00AM – 11:00AM
Yêu cầu
- Men preferred
- Priority for candidates who start work immediately.
- Proactive, self-motivated
- Analytical, critical thinker
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Having passion with travel, insurance and medical industry
- Must be customer-service oriented; actively look for ways to help people
- Active Listeners: be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal; ability to communicate thoughts and information clearly and concisely
