Intern Recruiter (No Experience/Training Provided)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Recruiter (Executive Search/ Training provided) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possess a keen interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our team’s success.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with employers via cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct HR recruitment activities, including reviewing CVs, performing initial screening calls, and shortlisting candidates.
• Evaluate candidate resumes and recommend suitable candidates for open positions.
• Continuously enhance recruitment processes and strategies to improve the candidate experience.
• Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending job offers.
• Provide career advice and follow up with job seekers regarding their search status.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employers and address their queries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements
