Mô tả công việc

  • Analyze products, brand positioning, customer insights, and market trends to identify potential KOL/KOC communities and build effective collaboration strategies (affiliate, video review, livestream, etc.).
  • Develop tailored proposals — from endorsements, co-created content to co-branded products — and manage the full execution process from ideation to delivery.
  • Develop and guide creative content direction for each collaboration, ensuring all influencer content aligns with INNO’s brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track deliverables, and report on results with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with the KOL/KOC community for sustainable and impactful collaborations.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance) to ensure smooth coordination and maximize partnership impact
  • Stay ahead of KOL/KOC community and social media trends to uncover new collaboration opportunities and enhance INNO’s brand presence in the market.

Yêu cầu

  • 3 years of relevant experience with a proven network and successful track record in KOL/KOCs collaborations.
  • A good sense of content direction, brand tone, and audience engagement.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively lead and coordinate complex collaborations
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient, with a strong sense of entertainment and social media trends.
  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer electronics industries is a plus.
