Job Title: HR Intern (Recruitment Support & Administration)

Location: Di An, Binh Duong

Employment Type: Internship | Full-time

Duration: 3 months

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive HR Intern to support our HR team with recruitment coordination and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain practical HR experience and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including:

+ Scheduling interviews and sending calendar invites to candidates and interviewers

+ Sending pre-prepared forms to candidates for information collection

  • Following up with candidates to ensure forms are completed on time
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Yêu cầu

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Interest in HR, recruitment, and administrative work
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional handling of confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
