Mô tả công việc

Recruitment

Develop recruitment plans based on departmental needs.

Post job advertisements on appropriate channels (websites, social media, job centers, headhunters, etc.).

Screen resumes, contact candidates, and arrange interviews.

Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.

Coordinate with department managers during the interview and selection process.

Handle onboarding procedures and support new employees in orientation.

Training

Survey and analyze training needs across departments.

Develop monthly/quarterly/annual training plans.

Organize and coordinate internal and external training courses.

Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, then report to management.

Manage employee training records and database.

Yêu cầu

College/University degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or training (preferably both).

Fluent in English

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities.
