Mô tả công việc

Human Resources Management

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with global business objectives.

Manage international recruitment, onboarding, and mobility programs (expatriates, work permits, visa, relocation).

Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations across multiple countries.

Lead performance management, talent development, and succession planning processes.

Advise management on compensation structures, benefits, and employee relations for international teams.

Coordinate global payroll and HR reporting with local HR teams and external partners.

Operations & Administration

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with corporate standards.

Optimize business processes and cross-functional workflows between HR, Finance, and Operations.

Support establishment of new entities, representative offices, or joint ventures abroad.

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to office administration, logistics, or outsourcing.

Develop and implement operational KPIs, risk management, and internal control systems.

Cross-Cultural Management

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between global and local teams.

Provide training and guidance on international HR practices, labor standards, and cultural sensitivity.

Act as a bridge between headquarters and regional teams to ensure policy alignment and operational consistency.

Yêu cầu

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR or operations, with at least 3 years in international or regional roles.

Proven experience working in multinational or FDI companies.

Familiarity with international labor law, visa/work permit processes, and cross-border HR practices.

Skills:

Excellent command of English (verbal & written); additional language(s) is an advantage.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and international reporting standards.
