HR Manager is person - who management and take responsibility of all activities relative with HR in Company as:
- Talent acquisition
- Talent development
- Total reward & performance
- Culture communication
- HR operations
1. Talent acquisition
- Ensuring enough Q.ty & quality Human resource for BIZ developing of the Company;
- Grasp the human resource needs of the organization, departments according to the Company's business development orientation
- Combine departments to build and manage the R&R system by position
- Build up recruitment strategies suitable with Recruitment objects
- Set up, manage and maximize the effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Building and developing recruitment brand: Recruitment channels & Activity
2. Talent development
- Promote employee performance through training and development programs
- Develop, operate and manage employee training programs
- Understand R&R and employee competency frameworks by position
- Manage reading
- Operate and manage annual personnel evaluation system: Evaluation; contract renewal, position appointment...
3. Total reward & performance
- Ensure that the company's salary, bonus and welfare policies are implemented transparently and effectively.
- Build and manage the payment of benefits related to salary, bonus and benefits of BOD and employees according to Company regulations and Vietnamese law
- Manage performance and promotion/Step up for employees
- Analyze and advise BOD in implementing and building policies
4. Culture communication
- Standardize content related to corporate culture according to company orientation
- Build and manage training activities, develop internal culture to employees periodically every year
- Manage activities related to 5S, safety in factories, offices and farms
- Manage and monitor employee engagement indicators (ESI)
- Manage and develop communication channels
5. HR operations
- Manage all administrative task at the factory & farm to ensure smooth operation
- Asset management; access control; general benefits (meals, drinks, stationery, transportation, etc.)
- Manage BOD service work: Visa, GPLD, housing, etc
- Build and coordinate office, factory, and farm improvement activitie
Yêu cầu
- Deep expertise (Recruitment, training, C&B, safety & Culture, human resource operations)
- Practical experience in animal feed production & farm is an advantage (5 - 10 years)
- Leadership – communication – problem solving skills.
- Strategic thinking – service – innovation – data.
- Good in English skills
- Working in Korean Company is an advantage
- Age around 35 - 40
Phúc lợi
+ Official working hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Saturday (Off any 2 Saturdays)
+ BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AT THE COMPANY
+ Probationary: 85% of contract salary
+ Salary: paid monthly (full month is 26 working hours/8 hours)
+ Annual salary increase in March
