WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

This is not a typical HR admin position.

As HR Generalist – Future HRBP, you’ll be joining AWING at a key growth stage where the HR function is evolving from operations to strategic partnership.

You’ll take ownership of both people operations and talent development, gaining the foundation to step up as a true HR Business Partner within 1–2 years.

You will:

  • Be the key bridge between HR and business teams.
  • Drive hiring and engagement initiatives that shape AWING’s culture.
  • Learn to translate business needs into people solutions.
  • Build a 360° view of HR – from data, process, to human stories.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Build a Strong People Foundation

  • Run the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every touchpoint reflects AWING’s culture and values.
  • Manage HR processes, contracts, and data with accuracy and care.
  • Contribute ideas to digitalize HR operations for better employee experience.

2. Lead Recruitment & Talent Growth

  • Partner with hiring managers to find and attract great talent across functions.
  • Use creative sourcing and employer branding to bring AWING’s story closer to candidates.
  • Support training, onboarding, and career development initiatives that help people thrive.

3. Grow Toward HRBP

  • Join strategy discussions to understand business challenges and workforce needs.
  • Provide insights and people analytics to help managers make smarter decisions.
  • Gradually take ownership of one Business Unit as a junior HRBP, shaping your strategic HR skill set.

Yêu cầu

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience across multiple HR functions (recruitment, C&B, employee relations, etc.).
  • A curious learner who enjoys connecting business and people.
  • Confident in English communication and comfortable working in a dynamic tech-driven company.
  • Data-minded, structured, and passionate about making a real impact on culture and people experience.
