Mô tả công việc

Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of compensation, benefits, and employee relations policies in compliance with labor laws and company culture:



- Manage monthly payments for salaries, allowances, overtime (OT), bonuses, social/health/unemployment insurance (SHUI), personal income tax (PIT), and final settlements.

- Monitor employee attendance and leave records; reconcile with payroll for accuracy.

- Handle maternity and convalescence procedures with the Social Insurance Department.

- Manage PIT matters including tax codes, dependent registration, and annual finalization.

- Prepare and submit labor status reports to DOLISA and other authorities as required.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR database.

- Process personnel changes: promotions, resignations, transfers, and salary adjustments.

- Oversee labor contracts, healthcare insurance, and related HR decisions.

- Track performance appraisals, contract renewals, and career progression updates.

- Handle employee relations: engagement activities, conflict resolution, complaints, and disciplinary actions.

- Coordinate with departments and legal advisors to resolve labor disputes and inspections.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, social insurance, and PIT regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented and committed to confidentiality.
  • Good at English reading, writing
  • Available to start immediately
