Job description
As a Help Desk Officer, part of Mantu’s IT team, you will join a dynamic and international environment dedicated to providing high-quality technical support to our internal community. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and delivering excellent service to users across the organization.
Your missions:
Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Deliver local and remote support to internal Mantu team members (including staff and consultants)
Gather user information and accurately determine the nature of technical issues
Manage all calls received via the dedicated IT Support line
Guide users through problem-solving processes with clear communication
Categorize and escalate tickets to the appropriate Level II support team when necessary
Resolve first-level technical issues whenever possible
Configure devices using Microsoft Intune and conduct Welcome meetings for newly onboarded users
Yêu cầu
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in Help/Service Desk, General IT Support, Troubleshooting, or similar positions
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or any other language is an asset
Experience with ticketing systems; familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, or Exchange is appreciated
Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work under pressure
