Mô tả công việc

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute an integrated sales, partnership, and go-to-market plan for both Enterprise (B2B) and Retailer segments.
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with FMCG, Pharmaceutical, and Distribution partners.
  • Manage the full sales funnel — from lead generation to contract signing, renewal, and upselling.
  • Build a data-driven revenue forecast model, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.
  • Drive channel expansion through strategic alliances, resellers, and ecosystem partners.

2. Marketing, Brand Communication & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Lead brand positioning, communications, and demand generation for BBS and NDS’s product suite (visibilityPRO, deliveryPRO, etc.).
  • Define GTM strategies for new product launches, including segmentation, messaging, pricing, and channel playbooks.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, trade marketing partnerships, and PR communications to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
  • Manage digital marketing performance (content, SEO, paid media, CRM) to optimize lead conversion and pipeline efficiency.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and reinforce NDS’s reputation as an innovative, reliable tech partner for FMCG and retail.

3. Strategic Brand & Partnership Management

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with top FMCG, Pharma, and Retail brands, positioning NDS as their digital transformation partner.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and co-developing tailored digital solutions (BBS, visibilityPRO, deliveryPRO…).
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with brands and distributors to align objectives, performance KPIs, and data collaboration.
  • Drive multi-brand engagement programs integrating trade marketing, data sharing, and performance-based partnership models.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to transform brand insights into actionable innovations.
  • Develop strategic ecosystem partnerships (banks, fintech, DMS/ERP providers, government programs) to strengthen NDS’s market influence and platform ecosystem.

4. Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with clear KPIs and accountability.
  • Design and implement incentive schemes to drive motivation and performance.
  • Foster a culture of execution excellence, customer empathy, and continuous learning.
  • Ensure collaboration across departments (Product, Operations, Data, Finance) for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction.

5. Business Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to inform business planning.
  • Regularly review and adjust GTM and pricing strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and product teams to shape innovation, roadmap, and differentiation strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools and CRM dashboards to ensure sales transparency, accountability, and forecast accuracy.

Yêu cầu

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B or enterprise solution sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in FMCG, Pharma, or Technology SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of retail ecosystems, distribution networks, and DMS/ERP/CRM solutions.
  • Strong exposure to GTM strategy development, digital transformation, and partner ecosystem building.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of team leadership, sales performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
  • High adaptability, resilience, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
