Mô tả công việc

  1. Financial Leadership

    Lead overall finance strategy, support equity/debt fundraising, and build a high-performing finance function.
  2. Financial Planning & Reporting

    Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting; develop financial models to support decision-making.
  3. Treasury Management

    Manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks; optimize capital efficiency and financing costs.
  4. Business Partnering

    Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and collaborate across departments to align financial and business goals.
  5. Compliance & Controls

    Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in both Vietnam and Singapore; maintain strong internal controls.
  6. Strategic Planning

    Support long-term strategic planning through financial analysis and recommendations.
  7. Parent Company (Singapore) Financial Management

    Manage consolidated reporting and audits; oversee outsourced accounting; ensure accurate and timely submissions, including XBRL filing to IRAS.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a financial leadership role
  • Proficient in both English and Vietnamese
  • Strong in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management
  • Solid understanding of local tax and finance regulations
